Really loved renting a storage unit here. The guys here went above and beyond to help me from switching units multiple times to truck and trailer rental. They are absolutely amazing and sooo nice... Would definitely come back

Beware! They have a hidden service fee for shipping that they don't have posted or tell you about. When i returned to ask the guy about it because receipt said $2 less than what was charged on my card, he got a bad attitude when i asked for an itemized statement to show his service fee so i can... turn it in and get refunded from my work. When i asked as to why they don't have it posted or say anything he just told me that i don't need to come back. Really?? Because i asked about your bad business practice?? If he didn't have his attitude and handled it differently my rating would be totally different!read more

Great storage unit. No bugs no Critters. They really take care of this place. About every two years the rate might go up but only a few dollars. Best storage location I've ever been in

When I was in a really bad place, I found this place. Everyone was so nice! I never once even thought of the stuff I had stored because I knew it would be well looked after! I finished moving things out recently and when I asked about cargo straps, Tony went to look and gave my dad and sister just... awesome advice in loading the trailer. It made things go very well! If you are in need of a storage unit, these are definitely the guys to go to! Very friendly and professional staff from the management to security and everyone I’ve dealt with there. Even the other tenants I’ve met there since renting have been very friendly. I was in need of an outdoor pull up... unit and then also an indoor climate control unit and Joe was very helpful with making sure I got exactly what I needed. I would 100% recommend Metro Storage to family, friends and anyone that’s in need of a storage unit. I am very happy with the service I’ve gotten since renting the 2 units there!read more
